We canceled 3 years of vacations because of our dogs.
One was blind and deaf. Another had IVDD. We couldn't hand their care to just anyone. Then a vet tech from our dog's rehab clinic offered to help, and everything changed.

Can a veterinary professional give my pet insulin or other medication?
Yes. Your veterinary professional gives insulin and other medications, including pills and injections, as prescribed by your veterinarian. They follow your veterinarian's instructions and don't replace veterinary care.
What happens if my pet needs medical attention while I'm away?
Because your sitter is a veterinary professional, they're trained to recognize when something's wrong and can act quickly, coordinating with your vet if needed. Our providers also have access to a veterinarian for emergencies.
Do I choose my veterinary professional?
You don't have to. Tell us what your pet needs and we'll match you with a veterinary professional near you who's free for your dates. If you'd like someone specific, you can ask for them.
Can I meet my veterinary professional first?
Yes. When you book, you can add an in-person Meet & Greet, so you and your pet meet your veterinary professional before you leave.
Will I get updates while I'm away?
Yes. Your veterinary professional sends photo updates while you're away, so you know how your pet is doing.
