    • Pet sitting in the pet's home, 24-hour or overnight
    • Boarding in your own home
    • Drop-in visits for feeding, medicating and company
    • Pet transportation to vet visits and grooming
    • Medical support: medication, insulin and recovery care, following the veterinarian's written instructions
    • Meet & greets with the pet and owner before a booking

    Pay

    Paid per booking.

    You earn per booking, paid through VetterCare to your own payment account. A typical booking is about $385, and you keep 80% of the service price before fees.

    Bookings through VetterCare come with Service Protection Coverage.

    Who can join?

    Vet professionals with hands-on experience in a veterinary setting: vet techs, veterinary assistants and veterinary students.

    I don't see my town. Can I still apply?

    Yes. If you live in or near the Phoenix Valley, Tucson, Prescott or Dallas–Fort Worth, apply. The town lists show the main towns, not every one.

    Do I need a license?

    Licensing and certification requirements vary by state law. We confirm your eligibility during the application process.

    Am I an employee?

    No. You join VetterCare as an independent contractor and choose which requests you accept.

    How does pay work?

    You earn per booking, paid through VetterCare to your own payment account. A typical booking is about $385, and you keep 80% of the service price before fees.

    Can I choose what I do?

    Yes. You choose the services you offer, from sitting and drop-ins to medical support, and the requests that fit your schedule.

    Do I have to be available all the time?

    No. You set your availability and can pause requests whenever you're away. Keeping your calendar up to date means the requests you get fit your schedule.
