What Arizona pet parents say
Real reviews from Google
"Brooke Andrus has been our dog sitter for the last 5+ years, taking care of both our previous lab and our current lab. She’s very communicative and responsive, always sends pictures and updates, and takes great care of our boy and our home while we’re away. She’s friendly and has a very empathetic nature to her. I would highly recommend Brooke to anyone looking for someone who will treat your pet as her own 😁"
"We are so pleased with VetterCare Services and our amazing sitter/Vet tech Brooke A! She took the time to meet with us and our dog twice before she came here. She was extremely communicative and while she was here she sent pictures and video of our little dog. We felt so comforted and relieved that she was taking such good care of our rescue Doxie! We have already scheduled her to return two more times in the next couple months. This is a great service with great sitters."
"Lexy is amazing with our dog Poe. She is so patient, kind, and genuinely loves what she does. Poe is always happy and comfortable with her, which gives us total peace of mind. We are so grateful to have someone we trust so much with our dog and would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat."
"Martha is so thorough and communicative!!! I super appreciated her thoughtfulness in making sure my pups were taken care of and kept me in the know while I was away and I felt so confident to leave them with her!"
"Great experience using Alexus to take care of my dog. She was very good at communicating, extremely professional and reliable. She clearly has a love for animals and I would definitely recommend anyone to use her and these services when in need."
"Sarah Draper took very good care of our kitties while we were on vacation!"
Frequently asked questions
How do I know I can trust my pet sitter in Scottsdale?
Every VetterCare veterinary professional is experienced and background-checked, not just anyone who signed up on an app. We match you directly and stay involved, so you're not relying on a stranger's self-written profile.
What's the difference between VetterCare and a pet-sitting app?
Those platforms are directories — you're choosing between profiles written by the sitters themselves, with no clinical training required. Everyone who cares for your pet through VetterCare is a veterinary professional, trained to notice things a general pet sitter wouldn't, like early signs of illness or stress.
How much does pet sitting cost in Scottsdale?
Pricing depends on visit length, frequency, and your location. You'll get a clear quote before booking — no surprise charges.
What happens if my pet needs medical attention while I'm away?
Because your sitter is a veterinary professional, they're trained to recognize when something's wrong and can act quickly — coordinating with your vet if needed, not just noticing a problem after the fact.
Will I get updates while I'm away?
Yes. Your veterinary professional sends photo updates while you're away, so you know how your pet is doing.
Can my sitter give my pet medication?
Yes. Our veterinary professionals are trained and comfortable handling medication as part of a normal visit, not as a special add-on.
Which parts of Scottsdale do you serve?
Our veterinary professionals live in North Scottsdale and South Scottsdale near McCormick Ranch, with more nearby in Tempe, Desert Ridge, Cave Creek, and Carefree. We also serve Paradise Valley. Not sure we cover your street? Call (602) 887-4411 or start a booking and we'll let you know.
