What Arizona pet parents say
Real reviews from Google
"Great experience using Alexus to take care of my dog. She was very good at communicating, extremely professional and reliable. She clearly has a love for animals and I would definitely recommend anyone to use her and these services when in need."
"I have a 16 year old shih-tzu and i have always been super nervous of leaving him. I came across VetterCare cause i was looking for a highly trained individual that would know how to care for a senior dog with some health issues. We did our research and i found Diana. Let me tell you she was "THE BEST". I have never in 16 years with my shih tzu been more comfortable with someone like i was with Diana. Now my dog misses her lol . She did an excellent job. She gave me constant updates, she sent us the cutest pics of Mr. Bossy, he was so happy and absolutely just loved her. If you are looking for the Best person to watch your fur pets i "HIGHLY" recommend Diana. Thank you Diana and VetterCare . Five stars all the way"
"Martha watched my great dane a lil while back. Not only is he a handful with anxiety and skin issues, but he’s also HUGE. Many sitters aren’t comfortable with all of that but it has never deterred Martha. and having my baby with somebody I trust, gives me peace of mind. Not to mention my pup loved her! Highly recommend Martha for any of your pets needs! She’s the best!!"
"Martha was amazing!! She kept updated on how my dogs were doing while I was away!! I recommend going with her because she’s keeps me up to date with what is going on with my fur-babies and is very easy to trust. 1000% recommend!"
"Sarah D. Watched our 2 cats while we were on vacation. She was very reliable and my fur babies seemed very happy to have her."
"Sarah was awsome! I really appreciate her taking care of my baby boy overnight! I have a 16 year old biting little chihuahua who isnt a fan of most people. He loves and adores her. She was so sweet to him. Her level of professionalism and kindness are amazing. I will definitely be back."
Frequently asked questions
How do I know I can trust my pet sitter in Gilbert?
Every VetterCare veterinary professional is experienced and background-checked, not just anyone who signed up on an app. We match you directly and stay involved, so you're not relying on a stranger's self-written profile.
What's the difference between VetterCare and a pet-sitting app?
Those platforms are directories — you're choosing between profiles written by the sitters themselves, with no clinical training required. Everyone who cares for your pet through VetterCare is a veterinary professional, trained to notice things a general pet sitter wouldn't, like early signs of illness or stress.
How much does pet sitting cost in Gilbert?
Pricing depends on visit length, frequency, and your location. You'll get a clear quote before booking — no surprise charges.
What happens if my pet needs medical attention while I'm away?
Because your sitter is a veterinary professional, they're trained to recognize when something's wrong and can act quickly — coordinating with your vet if needed, not just noticing a problem after the fact.
Will I get updates while I'm away?
Yes. Your veterinary professional sends photo updates while you're away, so you know how your pet is doing.
Can my sitter give my pet medication?
Yes. Our veterinary professionals are trained and comfortable handling medication as part of a normal visit, not as a special add-on.
Which parts of Gilbert do you serve?
Our veterinary professionals live in North, South, and East Gilbert, with more nearby in South Chandler, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley. Not sure we cover your street? Call (602) 887-4411 or start a booking and we'll let you know.
