How to sign up
Nine steps in three stages. Here's what to do at each one.
Stage 1
Create your account

Sign up
Sign up at app.vettercare.com with Google, Facebook or your email.

Verify your email
Click the link in the “Access your VetterCare account” email (check Spam or Promotions if it's not in your inbox).

Open Account Settings
From the top menu, go to Account, then Account Settings.
Stage 2
Build your provider profile

Become a provider
Click “Become a Veterinary Care Provider,” confirm the email we send you, then click the button once more.

Set up payments
In the Payments section, click “Set Up Payment Account” to connect Stripe, which is how VetterCare pays you.

Fill out your provider profile
Complete My Provider Profile and My Services. A photo and a detailed description help pet owners choose you.

Set your schedule
In My Schedule, click “Bulk Edit Availability” first, then add the times you're free.

Get approved

Book your interview
Book a short interview with our recruitment team to confirm your experience and unlock medical services.

Complete your background check
Watch your inbox for the background check email from our team and follow the steps. VetterCare covers the cost.
