What Arizona pet parents say
Real reviews from Google
"Brooke is amazing. She has been sitting for my two furry mini dachshund girls, Mattie and Tilly, for years. My babies love her. I can’t wait until it’s time to go on a trip so she can come to take care of my girls!"
"Brooke is the best! She has sat for our very busy house of two cats and two very active dogs many times and everyone is always so well taken care of. Would highly recommend her to anyone!"
"I just want to take the time to appreciate Martha for willing to take care of my doggy athena. she is a very reserved dog and Martha was still willing to take the chance to take care of her, and she did amazing job ! I came back to my dog loving on Martha. I would’ve asked family but everybody was busy ! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter in need ! She’lil take the chance on your lovely pet ! <3"
"Wonderful experience with VetterCare! My 8 yr. old dog was treated like family. Thank you Sydney A. for making her special."
"Taylor Bingham is absolutely amazing! She has been absolutely amazing with my boy Smokey. She is caring, patient, and meticulous about everything your baby needs. My baby is an anxious boy and requires a lot sometimes, but she took the job on no problem. I would definitely recommend her to anybody looking for someone who has anxious fur babies like mine."
"Martha watched my great dane a lil while back. Not only is he a handful with anxiety and skin issues, but he’s also HUGE. Many sitters aren’t comfortable with all of that but it has never deterred Martha. and having my baby with somebody I trust, gives me peace of mind. Not to mention my pup loved her! Highly recommend Martha for any of your pets needs! She’s the best!!"
Frequently asked questions
Is my pet boarded in a kennel or a home in Chandler?
Neither — VetterCare boarding means your pet stays in your veterinary professional's own home, not a kennel or cage/run. It's a comfortable, family environment with one-on-one attention, instead of being one of many dogs in a facility.
How is this different from a traditional boarding kennel?
Traditional kennels house multiple pets and are staffed by kennel attendants. VetterCare pairs your pet one-on-one with an experienced, background-checked veterinary professional in their own home, so there's individual attention and someone trained to notice health or stress issues early.
Can my pet's medication and feeding schedule be kept the same while boarding?
Yes — your veterinary professional follows your pet's normal routine and medication schedule exactly, so nothing changes just because you're away.
Will I get updates while my pet is boarding?
Yes. Your veterinary professional sends photo updates while you're away, so you know how your pet is settling in.
What if my pet has anxiety or gets stressed easily?
Because your veterinary professional is trained to recognize stress and behavioral signs, they can adjust — extra reassurance, a calmer pace, whatever your pet needs — in a way a general kennel attendant typically isn't trained to.
Do you require proof of vaccination before boarding?
For everyone's safety and comfort, we typically ask for proof of vaccination before boarding. That said, we understand pets come to us in all kinds of circumstances, and we're happy to talk through your pet's specific situation directly — reach out and we'll figure out the right path together.
